  • Return or Exchange Policies:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Exchanges/returns are permitted within 7 days of your purchase.

Return/exchange shipping fees, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

  • Sale Items Policy:

Final sale items and gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged.
During sale periods, discounted items cannot be exchanged or refunded, and sale packages cannot be opened during courier delivery.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

  • International Orders Policy:

If you're shipping merchandise into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 1 day.
International orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
